It’s that time of the week again!
I started the day with a smoothie. This was made with spinach, banana, frozen blueberries, handful of oats, soya milk and a scoop of protein powder.Snack mid morning was a Pink Lady apple. My absolute favourite.
Lunch was a jacket potato with baked beans and loads of salad.
Mid afternoon snack was another Pink Lady apple. (Told you I loved them!)
Dinner was a veggie burger topped with ‘cheese’, sweet potato wedges, corn on the cob and salad.The veggie burger was this one. I found them in Asda. I love veggie burgers and normally make my own (recipe coming soon!) as you can’t normally get ones that are gluten free but it was great to find these as they are a bit of a life saver if you don’t have much time. Great to keep in the freezer for a, “Pants, we didn’t think about dinner!” dinner.

I would love to make my own veggie (and non=veggie) burgers! I’m just waiting to have my own kitchen again (living with the in-laws at the moment) so I can go back to experimenting and creating yummy and healthy thingss!! =)
