It’s that time of the week again!
This is what I have got planned for dinners this week…
- Sunday- Ikea veggie balls, chips and gravy
- Monday -vegetable bake* with broccoli and baked beans
- Tuesday veggie burgers*, chips and salad
- Wednesday slow cooker veggie curry* and rice
- Thursday- sweet potato falafels, pasta and salad
- Friday- macaroni cheese and salad
- Saturday- not sure yet!
Breakfasts are baked oats, lunches are broccoli soup, sweet potato wedges and chickpeas with salad.
If they have a * next to them they are from my freezer stock. Love having stuff ready to go in the freezer!
