It’s that time of the week again, Menu Planning Monday!
This is what I have got planned for dinners this week…
This week is all about ease so we’re having similar dinners to last week (plus utilising leftovers) as they are so easy. I don’t fancy spending ages in the kitchen when it is so warm at the moment.
- Sunday- Sri Lankan vegetable curry with white fish and rice (this is so good, that we’re having it again.)
- Monday – Leftover Sri Lankan vegetable curry with white fish and rice
- Tuesday- Homemade pizzas with salad
- Wednesday- Cheesy prawn pasta with salad
- Thursday- Tandoori chicken, rice and onion salad ( so good we’re having it again!)
- Friday- Leftover Tandoori chicken
- Saturday- Not sure yet as we have family visiting.
Breakfasts are smoothies or baked oats. Lunches are salads, especially as it’s so warm again.
