It’s that time of the week again, Menu Planning Monday!
This is what I have got planned for dinners this week…
- Sunday- Roast turkey with vegetables
- Monday – Spaghetti bolognese with garlic bread
- Tuesday- Tuna steak with sweet chilli sauce, new potatoes and broccoli
- Wednesday- Veggie meatballs with pasta and tomato sauce
- Thursday- Stir fry tofu, vegetables and noodles
- Friday- Pea risotto
- Saturday- Curry with rice and onion bhajis
Breakfasts are variations of porridge or baked oats. Lunches are soups, salads or omelettes.
