I love curry!
Here is the recipe for the veggie curry as promised…
Recipe: Slow cooker veggie curry
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 2 tins of chopped tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of curry powder (mild, medium or hot- whatever tickles your tastebuds!)
- 5 sticks of celery, chopped
- 3 carrots, peeled and chopped
- Tin of chickpeas
- 1 onion, chopped

Wowee, what a scorcher of a day! I have spent the whole day in the garden today just chilling and reading. It has been so nice. Just look at how gorgeous the beach looked today.

Recipe: Banana Pancakes
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 80g oats (I used gluten free)
- 150ml milk (I used dairy free)
- 2 ripe bananas
- Vanilla extract (optional)
- Optional extras: cacao/cocoa powder, cinnamon, whatever your heart desires!
