It’s that time of the week again, Menu Planning Monday!
This is what I have got planned for dinners this week…
- Sunday- Tandoori chicken, rice and onion salad ( so good we’re having it again this week!)
- Monday – Leftover tandoori chicken
- Tuesday- Sri Lankan vegetable curry with rice
- Wednesday- Leftover Sri Lankan vegetable curry
- Thursday- 3 bean chilli with nachos
- Friday- Out at a work do
- Saturday- Tuna pasta
Breakfasts are variations of porridge or baked oats. Lunches are salads, especially as it’s so warm.

Looks like a great week’s meals. I love going out for a meal too, obviously I don’t really have a works do as such but I meet up with friends twice a year in Manchester for dinner and love it.
